Calculation errors

Include the page URL, the non-sensitive inputs you entered, the result shown, and the result you expected. Write values in the units displayed by the calculator so the same arithmetic can be reproduced without a bill, account, or vehicle document.

Source corrections

Quote or identify the disputed sentence, include its page URL, and link to the official government, laboratory, standards, or manufacturer document that should replace or qualify it. A moved link can be reported the same way.

Accessibility and privacy

Report unreadable text, keyboard or screen-reader barriers, overflow, focus problems, or a privacy concern with the affected page and browser or device context. Describe the problem without including personal records.

Do not send sensitive material

Do not send original utility bills, account numbers, complete vehicle documents, precise location, payment identifiers, login details, or other sensitive personal records. Describe the relevant rate, energy, power, or percentage as plain non-identifying inputs instead.

Out-of-scope requests

ChargeEstimateKit cannot choose wiring, breakers, panel capacity, permits, installation methods, or code-compliant equipment, and cannot diagnose an individual vehicle, charger, or battery. Use a qualified electrician, manufacturer, service provider, or emergency service as appropriate.

What happens after a report

A reproducible calculation or source issue is checked against the displayed formula, page inputs, and cited material before content is changed. General solicitations, requests for individual installation or vehicle advice, and messages containing material that should not have been sent may not receive a reply.
